Face-to-face
Meet in a private setting in Enfield Town or Whetstone, with time and space to talk things through.
A space to pause, reflect and feel heard
You don't have to work everything out on your own. Counselling can offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what is going on for you, at your own pace.
Face-to-face counselling in Enfield Town and Whetstone, and online counselling.
You are welcome here
Perhaps your thoughts won't switch off, you're worrying more than usual, or you find yourself repeating patterns that are difficult to understand. You might be dealing with difficult relationships, low confidence, addiction, or emotions that feel hard to manage. Whatever has brought you here, we can start with what feels most important to you.

About me
I'm Loukia, a qualified Integrative Counsellor and MBACP member. I believe counselling should be a place where you can speak openly, feel listened to and be met without judgement.
I understand that anxiety and worry can be difficult to live with, including when your thoughts are hard to switch off or everyday life starts to feel overwhelming. Everyone's experience is different, and I will take time to understand yours.
My approach is supportive and client-led. We can explore what's happening now, and where it feels helpful, look at how earlier experiences may be connected to patterns in the present. You don't need to know where to start; we can work that out together.
